About
My name is Emily (she/her). I am a clinical social work associate, and have a couple years of experience in outpatient counseling. I have experience working with clients of all ages, and specialize in working with adults.

I became very passionate about mental health at a young age. My personal experiences have shown me time and again that wellness is often driven by mental health, rather than physical well-being. Physical health can mean very little in the absence of mental health; similarly, physical struggles can be exacerbated by internal suffering. Our minds and bodies are deeply connected. When I think of wellness, I think of finding balance in this connection.

As your counselor, it is my goal to work with you to explore the mind-body connection, and find whatever balance and wellness looks like for you. I hope to work with you to achieve your goals while discovering your authentic self.
